Nurtech provides technology consulting, web development, mobile application development, embedded systems development, cloud infrastructure services, automation, and security services. 3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

- Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner

- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are starting points and may vary based on specific project requirements. Final pricing will be provided in a detailed proposal before any work begins. Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own all custom work created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary components in future projects. Third-party tools and libraries remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nurtech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide all completed work and assets upon receipt of final payment.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
